Chapter 13 - The alleged sexual assault in Daegu
The wrong date that changes everything

In this chapter I'll reveal you the most simple but at the same time the most firm and undisputable evidence about JH's innocence! 

In its first report about the case from Daegu, SBS FunE (reporter Kang's show)
said that the conversation, photos and audio file are from March 18th. (Pic 1) In another interview, again for SBS, the victim also said that she followed JJY and friends in Daegu on 18th!! (Pic 2) At the same time this woman (her lawyer Bang and reporter Kang, too) claimed that JJY invited her for his FANSIGN in Daegu, that was on the late afternoon of 20th. She also claims that she drank, lost her mind and was sexually assaulted on the night before the fansign event in a hotel in Daegu. The night before the even must be 19th. If it was only the woman's word that she followed them to Daegu on 18th, one could say that she just came 2 days earlier before the fansign, and she went drinking with them the next night. 

BUT NO!! The most shocking is that reporter Kang, who got the chat directly from the whistleblower, and who reconstructed it, published it, commented on it, who knows it better that anyone else, also said that all the evidences "circulated in the chat" on 18th! But that day the guys were still in Seoul!! How they could "rape" the victim in Daegu if they are still in Seoul?! Could, please, someone to explain me that! If only the woman said this wrong in one interview, one could believe it's just a mistake. But it's not only her mistake but Kang's claim about the date of the chat, too!

And that's not all. Lawyer Bang in the show Spotlight, on JTBC, revealed parts of the chat, different from SBS. Here is the explanation: (Pic 3)

First, someone said, “Who's going to the fan signing event with Junyoung hyung on SUNDAY,” and Jung Junyoung said, “This is our expedition. Let's have a good 1 night, 2 days". Since then, the illegal filming taken at the club has been uploaded.

The next day, Jung Junyoung referred to Miss A in a group chat room and made comments such as “I should have had sex before I woke up” and “I took turns with Jonghoon yesterday.”
